We have been purchasing from Pokoks for many years. Love the fitting of the clothing, it is true to size. And even when we needed to make an exchange, it was effortless. There was one time when we needed to make an exchange and it was already close to Raya.. the team helped us to sort out the payment (like a top-up for the difference in price between new and exchange item) and even sent out the new item first before receiving the exchange item to make it in time for Raya. The exchange procedure was a breeze, even though we are in Singapore. Kudos to their service. Will definitely purchase again and again.
