We won’t make you wait long!
At most cases, all orders made on Monday to Friday by 11am and with available inventory will be shipped ON THE SAME DAY!
Orders made after 9am or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Order made on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
Shipment might be a SLOWER for PEAK Seasons as we usually get a lot and a lot and a lot of orders! THANKS!
What's the shipping charges?
We provide FREE EXPRESS shipping on all orders within MALAYSIA, including Sabah & Sarawak. Shipping to other countries are listed below:

How to check delivery status?
Easy! Parcel Tracking numbers and Tracking Link will be emailed to you once your package is shipped. Just follow the simple steps listed in the email!

Need changes? Made a mistake?
You might have changed your mind with your order. You might have just noticed that teeny-weeny mistake on your shipping address. Or you might have just forgotten your coffee this morning and you know, all kind of things could go wrong…
DON’T PANIC! Please do GET IN TOUCH WITH US as soon as possible and we promise to do our best to straighten things out!
Don’t forget to include your Order Confirmation Email or Order Confirmation Number to help us expedite the process.
Custom Duty (International Shipping)
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Exchange & Return
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at POKOKS. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for exchange (but no refund), provided the exchange items are:
In new and saleable conditions.
In the same design only.
Hasn't been washed, worn or altered (with the original tags attached).
Returned within 7 calendar days from the delivered date or walk-ins.
Notes for Exchange:
You can only exchange for items of the same or higher price than the returned items. (We will not refund the price difference if the exchange items price is lower than the returned items).
You are required to pay for the price difference.
Postage charges applied. The charges will be borne by customers for both returning and getting the exchange items. (RM8 for Malaysia, RM40 for Singapore, RM60 for Brunei)
Kindly put your order number & contact information (email & phone) inside your return parcel.
**ATTENTION!!** All Sales, Promotional and Discounted items are not entitled for an exchange and are not returnable. Items purchased during our Sales, Promotional period are final.
